A season here runs from a warehouse in January to a valley at sunrise in June. Same crew, wildly different rooms — you learn fast because nothing repeats.
Small enough that your call is the call. Programming, production and ticketing sit in the same room, so decisions don't disappear into a process.
We'd rather build one show properly than book four. If you care about the difference between good enough and actually right, you'll fit.
We hire in bursts around the season, and we keep good applications on file for when we do. If you work in production, lighting, sound, programming or front of house, introduce yourself — we'd rather know you before we need you.
