Two rooms, one operator.

OFF2 owns and operates both of its venues — the Harbour Event Centre on the Vancouver waterfront and Tradex out in Abbotsford. Same crew, same production standards, two very different rooms to build in.

Harbour Event Centre

Our home room on the Vancouver waterfront — a low-ceilinged, high-impact space built for nights that run long. Dark surfaces, a full-range rig and sightlines that keep the floor tight to the booth.

It carries most of the year-round programme: touring headliners, label nights, festival after-parties and the residencies we develop in house. It's also available to book for private and corporate events.

Tradex

An open-span exhibition hall in Abbotsford — effectively a blank box, which is exactly why we use it. Nothing about the room dictates the show, so the staging, rigging and layout get designed from scratch each time.

It's the room we scale into when a production outgrows Harbour: large-format festivals, expos, trade shows and full-build one-offs.
